A Service of Ohio Heritage Bank
Deb Shryock, Co-Gold Club Director
Jeanie Stokes, Co-Gold Club Director

In with the new…out with the old. (I finally know the meaning of that phrase). I have been traveling with some of you since 1989 and have enjoyed every trip we have taken together.  After approximately 39-40 years in banking, I have decided to retire at the end of June, 2014, and spend some quality time with my family—but that doesn’t mean I still won’t hit the road with you once in a while.   Even though I will miss All My Customers sorely, I truly believe I am leaving the travel club in very good hands.   Debbie Shryock, the manager of our East Pointe office, and Jeanie Stokes, our switchboard operator, have eagerly agreed to be Co-Directors of the Heritage Gold Club and have planned some really nice trips for 2014. I am sure you will recognize their smiling faces, as they both have traveled with us in the past.

For your convenience, Debbie will be your contact person for making your trip reservations and remitting your payments. You may contact Debbie by stopping in at our East Pointe office at 1100 Walnut Street, or by calling her at 740-622-9089.
In Debbie’s absence you may call Jeanie at 740-622-8311.
And of course you will still have access to me until the end of June.

In the New Year, may your right hand always be stretched out in friendship and your feet ready to travel with all your friends in the Ohio Heritage Gold Club

Below are a few travel tips to keep in mind:

  • Our trips fill quickly so make your reservations early
  • Seats are assigned according to reservations
  • We travel as “one big happy family”—so you won’t be alone
  • You may invite guests to travel with you
  • Trips depart from various locations when applicable
  • All remittances must be payable to Ohio Heritage Bank unless noted differently for trip
  • You can remit in person to Debbie at the East Pointe office,  by mail (1100 Walnut Street, Coshocton) or by calling Debbie (740-622-9089) to debit
    your account
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel any tour
  • Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, refunds will be given only if we can fill your vacancy or if prepaid tickets and admissions can be retrieved
  • A trip itinerary will be mailed to you prior to the departure date on all trips

To be sure you have a seat on all our trips…….please reserve early. Our trips fill
quickly, and sometimes our tickets are limited, so call Debbie at 740-622-9089 as soon
as possible. If Deb is  not available to take your call, just leave your name and she will return your call as soon as she can or call Jeanie at 740-622-8311.

Occasionally we will have information regarding a new trip or event, not featured in this newsletter, and we will post a message about it on your monthly Golden Checking Account Statement.   So………………………….
