No more waiting in line, traffic or on hold to get the answers to your banking questions. With online banking, they are now conveniently accessed with a click of the mouse!

While online banking allows you to control your money and time, it will provide you with accurate, up to date information to make sound financial decisions. Online banking can download data directly to most of today’s most popular financial management software applications so you can plan and track your budgets, without entering data twice.

To activate mobile or text banking log into your online banking account and click on the user services tab. On the left hand side you will see the link for mobile enrollment. Clicking on the link will open a new window. Follow the instructions to complete enrollment. Your banking will now be in the palm of your hand.

Online banking is absolutely private and confidential. Ohio Heritage Bank operates under an advance authentication process which provides a secure connection. Your exclusive user ID, password are required before any information about your account can be obtained. Also, your complete account number will never appear on the screen, only the last four digits. Additionally, all data is automatically encrypted. You can be confident your information and data is treated with the highest and utmost security. You must be 18 years of age to be enrolled in Online Banking.

Who is eligible for Online Banking?

Anyone who is a customer of Ohio Heritage Bank and has an active account is eligible for Online Banking. Ohio Heritage Bank offers two forms of online banking: Heritage Online – personal accounts and Business Online Banking – business accounts.
